Greetings! I'm Joshua Thurston, a certified Part 107 FAA remote pilot with a deep-seated love for motorcycles and a robust background as an IT consultant holding multiple leading industry certifications.

My fascination with aerial photography has been a driving force in my life. Drones have opened up a whole new realm for me to indulge in this passion, allowing me to capture mesmerizing visuals from the skies. Being FAA-certified has empowered me to elevate my craft and take on diverse and rewarding projects.

Aerial Photography

Basic Package (1-2 hours): Perfect for capturing the essence of your property or event with high-quality aerial shots. Price: $200 - $400 per session
Extended Package (3-4 hours): Ideal for multiple locations and comprehensive coverage, ensuring every angle is beautifully captured. Price: $400 - $800 per session

Real Estate Photography

Standard Residential Property: Tailored packages for homes of all sizes, from cozy residences to luxurious estates.

- Small Homes (up to 1,500 sq. ft.): $150 - $250 per session

- Medium Homes (1,500 - 3,000 sq. ft.): $250 - $400 per session

- Large Homes (3,000 - 5,000 sq. ft.): $400 - $600 per session

- Luxury Homes (5,000+ sq. ft.): $600 and up per session

Event Coverage

Private Events (weddings, parties, etc.): Immortalize your special moments with captivating aerial perspectives. Price: $150 - $300 per hour

Licensing Fee:

-Non-Exclusive License: Included in base price

-Exclusive License: Additional $50 - $100 per hour^1

Corporate Events: Elevate your business events with professional and engaging aerial coverage. Price: $300 - $500 per hour

Business Promotions

Aerial Shots for Business Promotion: Enhance your brand image with compelling aerial shots that showcase your business from a unique perspective. Price: $200 - $400 per session

Licensing Fee:

-Non-Exclusive License: Included in base price

-Exclusive License: Additional $100 - $200 per hour^1

Promotional Videos: Elevate your marketing materials with professionally edited videos, capturing the essence of your business or event. Price: $300 - $600 per session

Licensing Fee:

-Non-Exclusive License: Included in base price

-Exclusive License: Additional $150 - $300 per hour^1

Editing and Post-Production

Basic Editing: Ensure your visuals are polished and captivating with basic editing services. Price: $30 - $50 per hour
Advanced Editing: Take your content to the next level with sophisticated editing, including video editing for a dynamic visual experience. Price: $50 - $100 per hour

Booking Deposit

10% of the total service cost. For example, if your total service fee is $800, the booking deposit would be $80.

Cancellation Fee

Cancellation more than 7 days in advance: No cancellation fee.
Cancellation 3-7 days in advance: 50% of the booking deposit.
Cancellation less than 3 days in advance: Full booking deposit is non-refundable.
